    The University of KwaZulu-Natal is a leading institution of higher learning in Africa.

    Our Internationalisation Strategy

    The goal of UKZN’s internationalisation strategy is to enhance the university’s income, reputation, and relevance both globally and on the African continent, while also rebuilding its image and brand.

    Our plan seeks to establish an orientation that is essential to the university’s aspiration to become a world class African university. With a strategic portfolio of international partnerships, we aim to establish a global reputation as a world-class African university that draws in a diverse population of top scholars and students from around the globe.

    Targeted Internationalisation is one of the strategic goals of the UKZN Strategic Plan 2023-2032.
